This Veritas Cafe was organised in collaboration with the Philosophy Study Association at Leiden University: Symposion. Guest speakers at the event were Professor of Philosophy Dolores Morris from the University of South Florida and Professor of Philosophy of Culture and Philosophical Anthropology Dr. Frank Chouraqui from Leiden University.
The main topics are physicalism, determinism, and causality. This Veritas cafe is a constructive dialogue about the philosophical ground for the existence of God and its implications for our own lives, especially the question whether our own will and actions are shaping the world.
